1. Service overview

Dewemoji is an emoji search site, a browser extension, and an API. We provide this service as-is, without guarantees of uptime or availability. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by local law) to use Dewemoji.

3. Accounts and licenses

• Pro features require a paid license. The license is personal, non-transferable, and grants you access to the extension and API under fair use.
• Each license can activate up to 3 Chrome profiles at a time. You may deactivate devices to free slots.
• Do not share your license publicly or use it to provide services to others without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

• No abuse, scraping, or attempts to circumvent limits.
• No hosting or republishing Dewemoji content (emoji data, API responses) without permission.
• No security testing, exploitation, or reverse engineering without consent.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely via Gumroad or Mayar. All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable due to the instant delivery of license keys and digital content. Please use the free plan to evaluate Dewemoji before subscribing. If you experience billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues preventing access, contact us and we will resolve them promptly.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Dewemoji is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages or losses arising from your use of Dewemoji.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. If changes are material, we’ll post a notice on this page and email Pro users where appropriate.
